Refund policy

 

We appreciate there may be occasions when you may need to return items to us. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return it back to us for a refund. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn/unused with their original tags/packaging. The cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery. 

 Please note earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Parcels can be returned via the post office or courier of your choice.

 Please ensure you are returning it within the 14-day time frame. Once received by our team you will receive an email to confirm the refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for any balance to be returned to your card.

 CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS 

Gifts purchased from the 1st November can be returned (refund online or credit note/exchange in-store) up to the 8th January the following year with the original proof of purchase and product packaging. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

On the rare occasion, that there is a problem with an item, please contact us, we are here to help.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs

Please note that items damaged by wear and tear are not considered faulty. 

 

In the first instance, please send photographs of the fault to shop@nomadandthebowerbird.co.uk stating the problem and your order details, or if you have purchased in-store your receipt details.
